Are the classes accessible?

All classes are held on Zoom. We have automated live closed captioning services. We value all types of participation. Some students type responses into the Zoom chat. Some say responses aloud. Some use video. Some do not use video. Some remain silent the entire course. However you want to participate in the course we welcome you & work for you to make it accesible. What can I workshop in class?

 

You can workshop anything you want feedback on. Some people workshop responses to class prompts from the week, other workshop proposals for art works, parts of longterm products, sound pieces, really anything that can a form of can be transmitted through the web! 

 

 

What is included in the cost of the class?

 

Cost of class includes readings, written feedback from teacher, prompts and writing activities during the week, oral feedback, and more!

 

 

Do you offer sliding scale or payment plans?

 

Payment plans are available as well as sliding scale in some instances. Contact Admissions Counselor Molly at Molly@WarmanSchool.com for more information.

 

 

Who teaches classes?

 

Unless noted otherwise courses are taught by LA Warman.

 

 

Do you offer refunds?

 

Class deposits are non-refundable. Classes dropped within a 21 days of the first class will receive no refund unless I'm able to fill your spot (I'll try my best!).

 

 

What occurs during class?

Classes are two hours long. Usually we begin with writing activities, including group meditations, prompts, group writing, discussion, etc. The second half of class is typically dedicated to workshop where you have a chance to share your work and get feedback from peers.
